Back on Track!
This past weekend in Pila Italy Team SC Intense was at work getting back on track after a disappointing race in Val d’Isère. Once again this year, the weather played havoc on the weekend sending the last 100+ riders off in a rain storm giving the first riders a dry course and a huge advantage. Robin Wallner and Oscar Harnström took advantage of this early start and took the first 2 top spots. Josh put in a fierce run and came extremely close and finished 3rd in the down pour. Lars seemed to have found his form again and hammered in with a 6th place overall followed by Flo in 10th. 3 in the top 10 at a IXS European Cup; fantastic job guys! Roman reinjured his ankle and was not able to start after a promising qualification and Faustin had the weekend off.
Miri had a bit of trouble on track but managed to come in with a solid 5th place finish in a strong starter field.
